<The Folding Table F.A.T 10 Series Applicable to Various Spaces from Meeting Rooms, Classrooms, and Studios.>
bestuhl has established itself as an international office chair brand by exporting its products to 72 countries. With the new brand slogan ‘The Start of My Position,’ bestuhl now stands as a furniture company for office environment and space beyond office chairs.
Design Story
bestuhl began to look at office spaces as a whole based on its know-how of office chairs. The experiences of manufacturing, exporting, and importing as well as rich design experiences became a driving force. Although it was the first product series for office furniture, ‘F.A.T10 Series,’ a folding table for meeting rooms, classrooms, and studios, it was well-received with its solid design. It is characterized by new functionality and designs for applying tables to various uses in the ever-changing office environment. The folding system that is installed in the middle of the table helps it to install and store the product easily with various layouts. Thanks to this feature, it is also possible to use the product properly in design studios or small-size offices. The standing holder for IT devices and wire management maximizes the ease of using electronic devices. In addition, the simple sliding design for pedestals provides more storage room than existing folding tables.
The functionality made for users’ convenient use demonstrates the prospective design that allows users to apply tables in various office environments. By producing diagonal table legs, the product’s durability was increased. The modern board to hide complicated things laying around, and warm, bright white color bring a sense of unity in the space, even if several tables are set up. This is the consideration of the harmony with the existing furniture in the office. Bestuhl has produced ergonomically efficient office furniture by promptly identifying needs in constantly changing office spaces. Based on its accumulated experience, bestuhl aims to find new markets for office furniture with needed functions and systems for libraries and universities.
