Applicability
This regulation is applicable in terms of customer service and its establishment, fulfillment, verification and report in order to maintain current status and deal with customer complaint.
Purpose
To implement customer service systematically so that fulfill the customer’s requirement more efficiently.
Right and responsibility
- Customer must be aware of warranty period and its terms before claim any issues.
- The product warranties will apply beginning from the date of receipt of the products.
- Customer need to provide accurate information how defects occurred as much as possible so that we can provide you a dedicated customer service with root cause analysis and corrective action where appropriate.
Note:
Provide the cause of defect as specified as possible and also, provide information such as order date, name of product (includes total quantity), defect component and its quantity.
Unless above subjects were apparent, we would not be able to offer you the replacement. - Customer must fill out and submit the document below in order to claim the issue.

Warranty
This warranty is based on normal installation and use of the product in 8hours shift only.
Warranty does not apply to product defects, failure or loss resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage in shipment caused by a carrier
- Defects caused by improper installation.
- Abuse, misuse, or accident (including, without limitation, use of product in unsuitable environment or conditions
- Any product that has modified, altered, tampered with or repaired by any person other than an authorized representative of boo-ho.
- Use in more than a single shift per day: in which case, the warranty is reduced accordingly
Note:
1) Claim, especially missing part, has to be reported within 2months from the date that you Receive the products in order to get replacement without cost incurred. Please keep in mind that this claim cannot be accepted after 2months because it is difficult to prove if it is actually occurred or have issue with keeping product at customer’s site. 2) Replace only exact quantity of defect product, not cover all released production batch.
